Electronic prescription from 01.01.2024

From 01.01.2024, you will receive your electronic prescription as follows:

- You order your prescription from us (preferably by signal or email) and have your insurance card scanned, if you have not already done so.
- We will process your order within one working day.
- You can collect your medication from the pharmacy the next working day by either having your insurance card scanned there or by installing the corresponding app and showing the QR code in the pharmacy.

If necessary, ask your regular pharmacy whether it is already technically equipped. Please note that the doctor can no longer sign "just like that". To our regret, the electronic signature also requires a little more time.

The private prescription will continue to be printed out on paper.
